If it's summer, it usually means cupcakes. But somehow this summer, I have not been in a cupcake mood. I've made them ONCE. One time? How can this be? I'm not sure, but I just haven't had the bug like I have in the past. I think I've just had a lot on my mind, and getting into the kitchen always seems to be an afterthought.
These are lemon cupcakes with pink lemonade frosting and they were really delicious. I took them to a family reunion and they were very well-received.
My next planned cupcake is a brownie with a pretzel crust and Nutella frosting. I just have to get in there and make them. Hopefully soon.
